Tickets to events at Sun National Bank Center can be purchased in person at the Box Office during the below hours, over the Internet by clicking ComcastTIX or through phone at 800-298-4200. Please be aware that tickets purchased through phones, Internet and outlets are subject to additional Convenience charges. Box Office HoursThe Box Office will be CLOSED on December 24 and December 25, and will re-open on December 26 at 10am.
Monday - Friday: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday.: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sunday: Closed, except event days.
Box Office is also open 2 hours prior to all ticketed events.
Payments accepted at box office
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM/Debit. No personal checks are accepted at the box office. Once tickets are purchased all sales are final. There are no refunds/exchanges.
What do I do if I lose my tickets?
The Sun National Bank Center Box Office will be happy to “re-issue” tickets (with proof of purchase) for any of the following reasons:
--Lost/forgotten ticket replacement
--Print at home selected, but patron shows up at will call anyway
--Multi-run exchanges (from one performance time to another, etc.)
--Seat exchanges (if seat exchanges are allowed for the particular event)
--Any other situation where the patron needs the box office to reprint their tickets
A nominal fee will be charged for this process.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the box office windows on the South Broad Street side of the arena. Will Call tickets will be available for pick up 24 hours after the completion of the purchase. To pick up Will Call tickets you MUST have a photo ID and the credit card on which the tickets were purchased. Tickets will not be released without both the credit card and photo ID present.

Children Policy
Unless otherwise designated by a promoter, children 24 months and younger do not need a ticket to attend an event as long as they are sitting on a lap. Accessible Seating
